Manna From Heaven: Cooking For Crowds

At Trinity we often cook for crowds and we want to share the recipes that we have used to feed our families and our flock at Sunday Breakfasts, for St. Luke's in Bridgeport, and for Operation Hope. We hope this will help you feed crowds of friends, swarms of teenagers, family reunions, and groups of any kind. The recipes have been tested by and on our parishioners, and some are from personal collections. Many of these are also very useful when cooking for the Ministry of Twelve, since often there are other guests at a home in times of stress. The recipes can be doubled or halved to meet your requirements.

Women of the parish prepare dinner for Operation Hope once a month, and families prepare and serve dinner for St. Luke's in Bridgeport once a month.
