Please be sure to note Deposit to account 0920806270 on your check. It would be helpful if you make a deposit with some number of cents (you choose). As Polly is still in Jordan and working online, it will help her to recognize your check when it has been deposited.

A deposit of 40% of the total price (of which $175 is non-refundable) is required to hold the reservation. Final payment is due before March 15, 2008.

Cancellations and cancellation fees

For cancellations received more than 45 days prior to departure, the non-refundable portion of the deposit will be retained. For cancellations received within 45 days of departure, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• 30-20 days prior to departure: 50% of pilgrimage price
• 19-5 days prior to departure: 75% of pilgrimage price
• 4 days or less before departure: 100% of pilgrimage price

Cancellation charges will be figured from the day written notice of the cancellation is received. If the organizers cancel the pilgrimage, all amounts paid (less a $25 administrative fee) will be refunded on a pro rata basis to the extent refunds were received from the vendors.

Itinerary changes

The pilgrimage organizers reserve the right to modify the itinerary to accommodate unforeseen situations.

Visas and Passports

Each person is required to be in possession of a valid passport. Each person is responsible for obtaining a visa, if required, to enter Romania. The current information is that visitors from the US and EU countries can travel without a visa for at least the duration of this pilgrimage. Each person is responsible for verifying this information before departure. Check with the nearest Romanian consulate for the visa requirements for your country of citizenship.
