Deposit and Final Payment

A deposit of 40% of the total price per person (of which $300 is non-refundable) is required before November 15, 2008 to hold your reservation. Final payment is due before February 28, 2009

Cancellations and cancellation fees

For cancellations received more than 45 days prior to departure, the non-refundable portion of the deposit ($300 per person) will be retained. For cancellations received within 45 days of departure, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• 45-20 days prior to departure: 50% of pilgrimage price
• 19-5 days prior to departure: 75% of pilgrimage price
• 4 days or less before departure: 100% of pilgrimage price

Cancellation charges will be figured from the day written notice of the cancellation is received. If the organizers cancel the pilgrimage, all amounts paid (less a $50 administrative fee) will be refunded on a pro rata basis to the extent refunds were received from the vendors.

Itinerary changes

The pilgrimage organizers reserve the right to modify the itinerary to accommodate unforeseen situations.

Visas and Passports

Each person is required to be in possession of a passport valid for six months after your arrivals in Jordan and Israel. The current information is that visitors from the US and EU countries can acquire a visa upon entry to Jordan. This will be a group visa and the cost is included in the price of your pilgrimage. Pilgrims from the US and EU countries can travel to Israel without a visa for the duration of this pilgrimage. Each pilgrim is responsible for verifying this information before departure. If you have any questions, check with the nearest Jordan or Israel consulate for the visa requirements for your country of citizenship.
