Dear Friends and Fellow Pilgrims,

Attached you will find the details of the 2009 Anastasia - Trinity Church Pilgrimage : The Other Holy Land - Jordan and Jerusalem.

We are offering two departure options: from New York John F. Kennedy Airport on the evening of April 14, 2009 and from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport on April 15, 2009. We will all arrive in Amman in the afternoon of April 15 and return to our respective departure points on April 25.

This pilgrimage is heavily overbooked. Space will be allocated in the order in which you expressed interest in participating. To reconfirm your interest and hold your space, you must send your reservation forms and deposits to me before November 15, 2008. I cannot promise there will be space available if I receive your reservations after that date. Those who cannot be accommodated will be notified of their status on November 16, 2008

If it is easier for you to make a bank transfer, please let me know and I will provide the necessary banking details.

The current information is that visitors from the US and EU countries can acquire a visa upon entry to Jordan. This will be a group visa and the cost is included in the price of your pilgrimage. Pilgrims from the US and EU countries can travel to Israel without a visa for the duration of this pilgrimage. Each pilgrim is responsible for verifying this information before departure. If you have any questions, check with the nearest Jordan or Israel consulate for the visa requirements for your country of citizenship.
