In the Episcopal Church in the United States of America the Vestry is he body of lay members, elected by the congregation as a whole, which conducts the parish's secular business.

At Trinity, the Vestry is made up of two wardens (Senior and Junior), the Treasurer and 12 members of the congrigation.  The Senior (Rector's) Warden is selected by the Rector for a two year term.  The Junior (People's) Warden is elected by the congregation for a two year term.  The Treasurer is elected by the congregation for a two year term.  Vestry members are elected to a 3 year term to serve on the vestry.  Four Vestry members are elected by the congregation each year at the annual meeting.

The Trinity Vestry meets the third Monday of every month at 7:00 PM in the Trinity Library.  All members of the congregation are welcome to attend any Vestry meeting.
