Needs: Keketso needs transportation from home to the clinic for his check-up's; he has been provided with a wheelchair, the road to his grandmother's home is not easily accessible, there is a need for a privately hired vehicle to pick him up from the door step, or someone has to carry him on their back. Mother is unemployed, I suggest she is afforded psychosocial support training and HIV and AIDS training, for empowerment; to build self-esteem.
