Makokoana Liphoto, four year old girl, - Ha Mafefoane, Roma she is a double orphan HIV+, she has been refused entry into pre-school nursery, on the grounds that she is too young, but other children of the same age attend school in the same school. She lives with her grandmother, aunt and four cousins.
